Just returned from a Back to Back cruise (22 nights) around The Caribbean which we do every January. We have cruised with NCL for over 13 years with 230+ nights sailed, and prefer the smaller ships.

In the past 2-3 years we have noticed a steady decline in service from all of the ships but would comment on The Jade.

The ship is now tired and so are most although not all of the staff, there was a distinct lack of attentive service, especially in the Grand dining room. Read more
