My family and I went on this cruise for the superbowl. While the cruise it;s self wasn't too bad the food at the Captains Table was AWFUL! We went 4 times (I dont know why) and each visit was worse that the other from food with awful taste /no taste, to served cold not one meal was worth the effort.

I also came into contact with the Customer Service Manager who was rude and dissmissive when I inquired into items removed from my siutcase. This woman did NOTHING!!! If this what cruise life is about I don't thnk I will be spending any more money for this cruiseline. I also was not happy with staff in my room repeatedly throughout the day, each time we left they came in. This was not a comfortable feeling.

I've also never had more trouble obtaining water in my life this was absolutely ridiculous!
