I am an artist, (painter) and have always wanted to visit Giverny and Paris! It was perfect!
The ship dining was lovely and intimate affording us to meet new people. There was a variety of dining and the food was exceptional. There were 2 dining options, and we chose the dining room at night with the less formal terrace fro during the day. The specialty cuisine of France and Normandy were beautifully prepared, chosen and presented by the chef and staff. All the workers were friendly, courteous and hard working.
Because of my Disability, I would recommend a Veranda cabin which is closer to the center of the ship, as well as it is larger to accommodate my wheel chair. The bathroom was handicap accessible if you are able to walk, though there is a step to go into the bathroom. The room is nicely appointed, clean, maintained, and very quiet. If it is good weather it is lovely to sit out on the veranda and enjoy morning coffee while cruising. However, once at shore, your cabin veranda could face a shore wall, or other ship with no light or privacy to sit out.
