Cabin: Large Ocean View Stateroom

I chose this short cruise as I needed the points to take me up to Diamond Plus and I live only an hour away from Tampa. The things I liked about the Brilliance is the Diamond lounge. Its great to have a place I can go and have a coffee and relax, chat with fellow passengers and enjoy the privilege.

The oceanview cabin I had was an upgrade - nice room, typical of all oceanviews I have been in except that some have the bed side-on to the window (which I prefer) this one has the window behind you.

I wasn't keen on the food in the Windjammer to be honest, I am not sure if there is MSG in things, everything is very salty and ends up tasting the same and leaving a bad taste in the mouth.

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

Nice cabin. The bed is a little hard for me. Plenty of space. I would prefer the bed to be side-on to window.

Port Reviews

Key West

It was freezing cold and pouring with rain. The wind caused the rain to drive into my face and I got soaked to the skin. In fact, I had to buy a raincoat as I was so sodden!

Cozumel

I really don't like the non-stop demand for you to buy something. Its become way too commercial.
