I had a very enjoyable 4 days on board the Majesty. What impressed me most was the service. I did not run into one single grumpy or half-hearted worker the entire cruise. Every one on board seemed truly happy to be there, they acted like they really enjoyed their job. That impressed me the most. The only employee I met who did not strike me as very friendly was the guy who supposedly helps you with your Wi-Fi issues. What a grump! I'm glad I only had to deal with him once. He needs a new job working with computers, not with people. His advice was wrong, my friend had to go back and deal with him again.
Our room steward was amazing. (Connie) Always smiling, quick to help. I found the mattress to be rather hard, and I woke up hurting. She immediately promised to put extra soft padding on it which she did, and then the next day she made a point of asking me if it had helped, and it really did.
The Piano Bar was alive every night with a very good piano man. It was fun, and many were dancing. The shows were ok, but sorry... I'm not into that too much, so I shouldn't judge.
Very clean, sufficient storage. Beds were very hard. Steward was wonderful, helped improve the hardness of the bed. Outside of windows was rusty, streaked, and dirty! I didn't really enjoy having an ocean view room with that window so streaked and dirty, with rust around it. This was on the outside, not the inside.
