Ship design: This ship is not designed for those who like to stroll outside or those who want to feel like you are on a ship. There is no access to the helipad and getting to an outdoor space is difficult. The promenade deck view all around the ship is obscured by lifeboats and you are constantly dodging joggers. The only outdoor space is the extremely crowded pool deck. There is no viking crown lounge as this space is taken by the suite areas. Passenger flow was alright but there are constant crowds.

Dining: The MDR food is low quality and the seating system is extremely disorganized. We ate at the MDR twice and had enough after being led to our table to find it occupied by another party. Then we were led all around the dining room looking for another table. We saw this happen to several other families. I had scheduled my time dining several months before, so I was disappointed. Room service was awful and inedible. The dining experiences that we enjoyed were Giovanni's, Izumi and Johnny Rockets. The meat at Sabor was terrible. Poor quality, poorly seasoned and overcooked. Bar service is fast and drinks were good.

Entertainment: Mama Mia shows was very well done. The talent is top quality. Musicians were great. Game shows were so fun. We enjoyed all the entertainment with the exception of comedy show. Not sure where they found the "comedians". There are so many activities that by day five we all had to take a nap. We tried to keep up but that ship wore us out!

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D4

Our cabin attendant provided excellent service and was very friendly and helpful. Cabin was clean and in good repair.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Port Evergaldes is very organized. Fast embarkation.

Nassau

Went shopping. Not much to do here. Aggressive and annoying vendors in the cruise port.
