I really don't know where to begin, yes the flight over was good on the Dreamliner but when the dinner is served they concentrated more on making sure the wine was served than getting everyone's dinner out. Montego Bay Jamaica is awful and non welcoming rubbish everywhere surely the port authority's could at least get it cleaned considering so many cruise ships use this port. Why do they insist on taking your photograph when you have been traveling for so long who buys them( it's all about upselling)

The ship is tired it needs updating, The lifts are slow and you have to run the gauntlet to get in one trying to guess which one will come first. At the outside bars deck 9 if you want a soft drink you get ignored ask for a alcoholic drink they can't serve you fast enough. Most of the staff can speak English but they don't understand what we're saying so hard work you ask for a coke they say do you want a beer, if I wanted one I would have ordered it.

Shore excursions are very expensive and not worth the money. We went on the panama trip, we were picked up at 9-15 the coach drove around colon (awful area) and then drove us to the train station we waited ages for the train in the heat our packed lunch was taken off the coach and put on the train where we could see it but not touch. We could purchase hot/cold drinks and snacks off the trolley whilst traveling along the tracks. The train ride was very good about hour and half long by the time we reached our destination about 2-45 we still hadn't had our provided packed lunch even though we could have eaten it on the train, I suppose that would have meant us not buying anything on the train. The packed lunch was then taken off the train and back on the coach again ? When we eventually got our lunch 3-15 we were really hungry by this time not good when your diabetic, it really wasn't worth the wait some dried up piece of meat in a stale bread roll. Read more
