We have been on many cruises and this was our second one with Carnival. One of the other people with us has cruised with them 10 times. Well, from start to finish there was nothing good about this cruise. Housekeeping horrible, never saw our steward. Food was terrible, it was never hot and the sides never came with our entrees. We found a good majority of the staff to be rude and not friendly. The higher ups do not seem to care either. After waiting 5 months for a vacation and spending all that money it was horrible and Carnival doesn't stand by anything, They had an oh well attitude. Even since we have been back we have called and all we have gotten was an apology. it was very disappointing since our first cruise with Carnival was so memorable. Before this one I would have highly recommended them, not so much now, Not even sure I will be able to get my husband to cruise again.
