This cruise was the worst I did with Celebrity. It was my third cruise with the company and the experience was negative in general. We are a couple +70 no children.

The first day: I had concergie class and points as frequent guest. That belong a champagne bottle at the cabin and a long list of other amenities. Nothing of that was in the cabin, I had to complain at the service desk in order to get those compliments.

Lack of information in general. The TV set the channel with the navigation information regular in all cruisers was incredible bad, without the data of temperature, pressure, wind directión, forecast, etc. The channel of the navigation chart very poor, without different scales to show properly the location of the ship, etc. Read more
