The ship itself is fabulous. The cabin we had (balcony) was comfortable, spacious enough and close to the centre of the ship. The entertainment in the evening was terrific and there were activities for everyone (if you chose to participate). The service was very good. One negative was the advertised room service was 7 AM but never started until 7:30 AM. Staff was very friendly. Some ports were boring and not worth the effort.

The breakfast & lunch buffet offered a huge variety to please everyone. The food ranged from fair to very good. The evening meal menu looked very tempting but failed to impress. The caesar salad was served at room temperature, tartar sauce for the fish was a clump of mayo with a little relish, the steak was thin and lacked flavour and the cordon bleu was disappointing.

Drinks are good but no bargain. There is a smoking area at the back of the ship (with a bar), top deck and deck 7 where the lifeboats are.
