Chose this cruise because cruise critic said it had lots of things for the grandchildren to do. it had great ratings. however.....we had nothing but trouble from day 1. we were promised early seating in main diningroom.....we were passed off to my time dining...it was a hoard of angry people pushing and shoving. infact, everywhere, people were pushing and shoving in the bottle necks where you come off elevators and wait in line for theatres, or dining areas. my granddaughter was trampled twice, her shoe actually broken, and my daughter was groped. i would never, never, never go on this large of a ship again. tooooooo many people, and too many places where you wait in long lines. there is nothing relaxing about the feeling that you have to go do dinner 30-40 min early to wait in the line, so people behind you are smushing you, pushing you and being angry and obnoxious. our gratutities had to corrected three times. the picture folks made multiple copies of the wrong pictures. i could have taken care of our room without the attendant....for all he offered us. not a satisfied customer. this isn't our first cruise.....but it will certainly be our last with this line. over $10,000.00 spent, and it was far less service, less fun, less calm, less, less, less.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Large Balcony

Cabin D1

Cabin was roomy. the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. the room attendant was less than enthusiastic. he missed delivery of our daily paper, no ice, no conditioner, no soap, toothpaste and hair smeared on the shelves in bathroom. the robes he brought were raggedy, torn and had a hole in one of them. nothing says, you aren't welcome, like this does.
