recommended by a friend but I will not recommend Our cabin was obstructed by a lifeboat and we were not told that. Bedding was not changed the full 2 weeks we were there. Very small smoking area and no smoking in the casino at all. I was not impressed with this cruise line at all and will not cruise again on Holland America. Nor will I recommend this line. Dr wait was more than 2 1/2 hours and it seemed most of the people were sick. Fine dining was very very slow. Bread and buns were hard as a rock. Buffet was ok and offered a nice range of foods, After 8 pm there was nowhere to get anything to eat in the buffet area but cookies and ice cream. People at buffet were very nice though. Most glasses were dirty with a film on them. Several times I had to replace my glass. Not enjoyable at all
