Cabin: Aqua Class

Spa cabins include the exclusive use of the Blu restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The Blu seats 144 people is a first come first serve basis. Each meal is prepared when you order not mass produced as is the main restaurant. We had a filet mignon and it was as good as any great steak restaurant on land even Berns in Tampa or Ruth Chris steakhouse. Our waiter Wilbur(sp?) and wine steward were both excellent. You could order from their menu or look over the main restaurant menu and order from that one. My hubby is allergic to shellfish and Wilbur would show us the next days menu with the dessert menu so he could choose something that did have shellfish sauce or stuffing and the chef would see if he could make something in place of that dish! Our cabin steward came in several times a day to straighten bed and clean bathroom etc. One day we came in and he was still cleaning and had even moved the love seat to vacuum under it. Every day our spa cabin steward brought us an appetizer tray (not great but some people liked it consisting of a bit of hummus and olives. This was delivered at 4 pm plus a carafe of ice tea or apple juice or lemonade, just let the cabin steward know what it is you would like.

Just above us on the twelveth level was the movie theater, this included new first-rate movies. However, the seating area had no cover and to watch movies outside in the strong sun and heat was uncomfortable for most people, plus there was no water or drinks or even popcorn in the area to assist you in keeping hydrated and the small 2 person elevator to get people up to the twelve floor was not operating during the week we were cruising.. There were several rows of seats with the last row consisting of cabana type love seats, note even with the back and tops (dark material) on those it was just way too hot to stay up there for an afternoon to watch a 2 hr movie. I'm sure the area was fine at night. We rarely heard any noise from that area.

This cabin was directly below the movie theater. These movies included new first-rate movies. However, the seating area had no cover and to watch movies outside in the strong sun and heat was uncomfortable for most people, plus there was no water or drinks or even popcorn in the area to assist you in keeping hydrated and the small 2 person elevator to get people up to the twelve floor was not operating during the week we were cruising. The area directly below us was the buffet area and we never had noise or smells from that area, although we were not in the cabin during most of the day so can not speak as to what it was like then as to noise.

We were the last cabin and there was no cabin door directly across from us. If we turned to the left the exit door was there. The steps there led directly up to the movie area or directly down to the stern bar, nice and yet very little traffic!!
