This was a two week trip to the southern Caribbean with stops at Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, and St. Maarten. We chose this cruise for it's itinerary, and were very very happy with all the ports!

This cruise was our third cruise. My prior cruise experience has been on Royal Caribbean, the last one 3 years ago. I would say we are not, perhaps, the usual type of people that go on cruises, not cruise fanatics. I am not interested in taking a vacation from my life, which I happen to enjoy. I am interested in taking a vacation from our climate and house now and then. Thus, I am not so interested in things some of the other cruisers are interested in.

For instance, we are not interested in the "entertainment", mostly because it is not to our taste. That said, the entertainment on this Celebrity cruise was definitely a step up from the usual entertainment we've experienced. We don't drink too much, but like a couple of our usual drinks before dinner. We are not into anything exotic here, just some wine and my husband likes vodka. We really enjoy sports, especially basketball, so we usually find ourselves having our evening cocktails in a sports bar when on board a ship. I love to cook and we both enjoy food. We both like to get exercise every day. While at sea, we mostly sit on our balcony and look out over the ocean, enjoying the view, reading a book. On this latest cruise, we were also able to go on the internet from our room. It was fairly good service, amazingly good when you consider we actually streamed some college basketball games while on board! So we were very pleased with this service. We are both sensitive to the sun, so don't use the pool at all.

Very nice cabin. Placement is mid ship. The service was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets were divine. Love balcony rooms.
