Prior cruise on Epic 4 yrs ago was outstanding. On this cruise cabins seemed smaller. Bar staff was missing in action. Often had to search for server or go to bar. In casino server would take order from person next to me, ignore me. I am short, not invisible. Opposite side of ship got clean up early, our side late in day, couple of times clean up and turn down same time. Only 3 stops this cruise. Too much time in a tortilla with nothing to do. St Thomas, only a few hours, leaving port 1:30.

Their private islane, the whole day with no shopping except local straw. Guess they wanted us to spend our $$ ON THEIR events, snorkling, etc. We wanted to at least see what you think was there but at noon we tried to get off. Went to aft, no getting off. Called operator, told to go forward, went forward, no getting off. Asked how do we get off? Told go somewhere else. Finally, after walking length of ship twice we gave up. Embarkation was slow, long time in line, no line for silver, gold or platnium. Debarkation was a breeze. Overall, we would still cruise on Epic again, just not the ship and service as 4 years ago. We still love freestyle on NCL and will cruise again. Smokers have more freeom on Epic, 15th deck one side. On Getaway only tiny enclosed space for smokers, like going into smoke cloud, cough, cough.

Cirque show was fabulous. Well worth the price strength and agility of performers truly spectaclur.. fun and entertaing. Epic Beatles good show, you could tell who was supposed to be who friends raved about Pricilla, cried!

If you sat on bed someone would have to crawl over bed or have you get up to get to shower. Specialty restaurant Cagney's service so slow we gave up on after dinner coffee. Food was ok steak over cooked but took so long to get ate anyway.
