Cabin: Ocean View

This was not my choice, but I did escort a small group. The ship has been refurbished and much of it is great.. but it still shows the age. Our cabin was decent, no refrigerator and I found out that you need to request ice in your room if you want it. The beds and pillows were comfortable..

Our cabin service was great as was the dining room service. The lido left a bit to be desired finding that the food was pretty much the same day to day. Problem is that there are Taco and Burger stations and people waiting in line block access to the Lido. Space was a problem in the lido. You still serve yourself, but the dishes in back were often difficult to get to.

The ports were fine, typical eastern ports. I was pleasantly surprised at the service all in all.

Cabin 6C

This was a rear cabin, i had my concerns, but the cabin was spacious and larger than my friends with balconies. again, bed and pillows very comfortable.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

not much here cept margaritaville and beach. if that is what you want, you will like it.

St. Thomas

Been here many times so didnt do much. Lots of beach and shopping if that is what you are looking for.

St. Maarten

Small island with decent beaches. The two sides of the island make it a good place to drive. small island and cant really get lost. You can walk in town or take the r/t water shuttle. Some great shopping and the best liquor prices in the caribbean.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

long walk from parking drop off to check in. even though we were vip check in, it took a bit. took the sealed water bottle away saying it is now a tsa thing.

San Juan

Use to live here. But if you are looking for tours, lots to see. You can go to El Yunque, (the rain forest) or just do a typical tour. Lots of uphill walking if you want to wander through old San Juan.
