Two couples from Venice Florida took a five day cruise from Miami to Nassau and Cozumel on Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas. We enjoy cruising and were looking forward to enjoying five days at Sea. We had high expectations for the quality of Royal Caribbean. For this reason, we were disappointed. The cruise experience was no better than mediocre. The ship was clean and in good repair. No complaints about the ship. The crew was attentive and efficient but not exceptional. We told the room steward of a lost item and he showed no initiative to help us locate it. It was later found in the bedding. The entertainments ranged from excellent to terrible. The comedian and the headliner Finis Henderson were outstanding. The ice show was good but the singers and dancers were terrible-really hard to watch. The onboard shops were not very interesting. But, most of all, the food was a huge disappointment. Breakfast in the dining room was ok but dinners there were poor to mediocre. My wife had fish one night and the portion was so small it was really insufficient. No offer was made of an additional portion. I had steak which was not really of good quality. It appears that they want you to go to the steakhouse and pay extra for a good steak. All four of us are in agreement that the food was a big disappointment. We will probably try a different line to cruise with next year.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

We were pleased with the cabin. It was spacious and had a good layout. The balcony was large and comfortable. It was clean. We enjoyed our room.
