We chose this ship based on date & Tampa. We like the 5 night cruises better than the 7.
After reading the Cruise Critic forums I expected to be disappointed. They were so wrong. The food in the dining room & Windjammer was good. We had prime rib, shrimp cocktails, lamb on the menu without an upcharge.
Giovanni's was better than excellent. Roxanna the hostess was so nice. We had a complimentary dinner & had to make our reservations once we were on the ship. Danyo was our waiter & he was one of the best servers we have had this incudes land restaurants.The food was superb.
Cabin Review
Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
Good location. No smoke in the area. Balcony below us extended so we could see them if the walked to their railing. Deck 9 balcony overhung ours so we were partially protected from the sun. Lower numbered cabins did not have the extended balcony below them.
We had a great view & walking to other areas of the ship was easy. 6 elevators in the centrum. There are no inside cabins across the hall so it is quiet.
There is a crew door & staircase across the hall but there was no noise.
