Taking a winter cruise in January out of New York is not very smart, but is a getaway from winter in the Midwest. Cabin was good except for noises and smells at night. Entertainment was a disappointment in comparison to previous NCL cruises. Tim Kaminski being the best and 2nd city the worst. The dining was downgraded from all items on menus complimentary to additional charges for high end entries. The staff and service crew were exceptional as expected. Disembarkation was much more organized compared to embarkation. Our room steward "ROBERTO" was excellent and took care of our every need. I know the ship has a satellite dish, so why can't you get network TV programming? Your basically stuck with ship activities and three international news stations. We have taken over seven cruises with NCL over the last five years and have noticed a definite decline in entertainment and food selection.
Plumbing at night very noisey and smelly
