We chose this cruise 2 years ago for the different port it was offering. We had never been to India, or Sri Lanka so now was the time.
The ports were underwhelming and though we knew that India would be dirty we were surprised at the level of rubbish left lying around with no need at all for it.
The ship may be older but was clean and take into consideration it is going to dry dock in a few months time there are worse ships out at sea at present.

Clean comfortable and bright furnishings without the garish pictures found on Solstice class ships.
Celebrity do need to update the pillows though, (if hotels can do this so can they)

Dubai
We took a taxi to the Dubai Mall, we waited for the fog to clear to take photos of the Burj Khalifa and then visited the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, this passed a very good couple of hours
