Crowded, noisy, poor food, poor entertainment except for Aqua Show and Ice Show. We will never sail on The Oasis again.
Crowded: Even with the set sail pass, it was a 2+ hour wait to check in. The elevators were insufficient- with long waits, and then crowded to an embarrassing point to where you were smushed up against people.
Noisy: It was very loud with hectic music and yelling announcements everywhere. We could not get away from it except in our state room.
Poor food: The food was cooked to death and cold in the Main Dining Room. My Dining program was not working. There were LONG lines in the Windjammer and all other breakfast venues.
Entertainment: CATS was a big disappointment and the Headliner was uncomfortably loud and frantic. We did enjoy the Aqua Show, and thought the Ice Show was wonderful.
We are Royal Caribbean people, but this ship was terrrible.
Excellent, but had to ask for a second chair in the stateroom.
Tour was overbooked. Traveled in a bus filled to bursting with every drop-down seat in the middle aisle filled.
We had taken this tour about 10 years ago, and at that time, the house was beautiful. Now it was in run-down condition. There was evidence of pieces of the roof dropping down on the furniture and floor. (The tour guide joked that the holes in the ceiling was part of the air conditioning system!) Everything was scuffed. How sad. The inference was that we would be eating lunch at the house. We were taken to an outdoor area with wooden picnic tables. They ran out of food, so we were given a roll and spoonful of okra(?) All in all, an uncomfortable day.
