Chose this cruise because of a group going. There were 35 of us and we made the most of it. We were the Sailing Hippies and on Monday night at the 70's Dancing in the Street Party we all dressed as Hippies and had a ball!!
Will be nice when the ship finishes it refurbishing......a few signs of wear still. Wish Chops had of been open, favorite place to eat. The attendants did what they could with what they have.
Dining was typical of Royal Caribbean lately. Sorry to say it has gone down in Quality in the last few years. Nothing special in MDR. Great burgers in Johnny Rockets, as well as the burgers at lunch in Windjammer.
We were in the Aft Junior Suite 7694. Room was sufficient and balcony was large, although we spent No time out there. Our cabin was not been one of those that had been redone. Bed was Hard. Attendant attempted to soften by adding padding underneath, but not much help. Thinnest pillow I have ever had on a ship. Do not get this room if you have trouble walking. It is great for looking out over the back but a long way from the elevator.
Went in a day early. Enjoyed eating out in town.
Hubby not feeling well at this port so I went ashore by myself and did a little shopping - Duh -- felt safe. Friends went to a beach and loved it. .
