We are return customers with Viking River Cruises because they are simply so good at everything they do. We did not worry about a thing from start to finish. We did the precruise in Amsterdam so we could go to the Keukenhof Tulip Festival, Anne Frank House and the museums. All of these experiences were wonderful. Our travel from the airport to our hotel in Amsterdam and then on to the ship was seamless.

Once on the Lofn everything was perfection. Rene, our cruise director, was so entertaining and clearly loved his job. Our French Balcony cabin was ideal for our needs, always kept clean by our friendly steward and the bathroom was roomy, the lighting in the bathroom was excellent, the heated floors were wonderful and the toiletries were very nice. We enjoyed all of our meals and the wines served by well-trained staff. We enjoyed all of the shore excursions and even did some of the extra tours to take advantage of every opportunity while we were sailing the Rhine. The evening entertainment was also very nice with a wide variety of experiences offered. We'll be sailing on the Seine July 23rd with Viking as we are so pleased with our experiences with Viking.
