This was our fourth cruise with NCL and our first on the Spirit. I enjoyed not having to fly and we only had to drive 45 minutes to the pier and we arrived at the pier at 11:15 am and we were on the boat by 12 noon and that is when our vacation started. The whole vacation was great the only thing was that the buffett closed at 9:30pm and if you were hungry after that you could go to the Blue Lagoon which was a non charge restaurant and they do have a limited slection. I enjoyed eating at Windows it was a much larger restaurant than the other one but thay both had the same food and I found the service great in both and the staff were very friendly and did a great job. I did not use a credit card on this trip as I open a cash account and NCL makes this proicess very simple. When I arrived on the ship I went to the appriopriate desk to open the on board credit andf they asked me how much I wanted to put down and the whole process from start to finish only took 15 minutes  and I received money back at the end of the cruise. We had 2 balcony rooms which wrer nice and clean and we never had a problem with the upjkeep of the room as it always looked great. The pool was open until 10pm which was nice and it was really only crowded on 2 days at sea other then that it was gtreat. I never found a problem getting a table or a deck chair and there were plenty of deck chairs on the upper level overlooking the pool. I found my fellow passengers very friendly and typical New Englanders what I mean by that is very helpful to others. Bermuda weas great I would suggest you get the 2 day bus pass as the bus takes you right to the beac h and it is about a 25 minute bus ride and the bus is air conditioned and nice and when you leave the beach you walk up the hill and the bus stop is right there to take you back to the pier and if you do not want to walk up the hill there is a shuttle up to the top for $2.00. We went to Tabacco Bay and this was one of the most beautifukl beaches I have ever seen. The water was alittle rough but there are lifeguards at the beach and the beach is free. On the first day we went to the Snorkle Park and this was ok for the first day but I am glad we went to the other beach. The cruise home was great no rough seas and the captian goes slower and we saw about 20 whales from our balcony. Ther shows were nice try to check oput the magic act as he was excellent. Overall this was agreat cruise and a great vacation.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

WE had 2 balcony cabins and t6his was great as they were connecting rooms and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and two decks and large rooms. Overall our cabin was always kept clean and the cabin steward did a great job and we were on the tenth floor and the views of the ocean were great espaecially on our return trip home as the caption informed of the whales and the ship had to slow down and we saw many whales. I recommend a balcony cabin as it was great having the balcony open and hearing the ocean and the smell of the sea air. The balcony was alittle small but it was comfortable and clean.
