It was not the staffs problem that the ship had propeller down - but they all remained happy and very helpful. I noticed people having a go at some of the waiters and bar staff about how slow the boat was and thought how ignorant of them - it was not there fault. The food was good, the ship was beautifully clean at all times and the entertainment was good too. We loved the 5 o'clock somewhere bar where the singer was superb. I loved the fact that the Captain of the boat spoke to us every day and gave us an update - on a previous cruise that I had been on (not NCL) I would not even have known the captain was on board! My only complaint was that the internet which I paid for was extremely slow and I spent more time waiting to get on to a site then actually using the site! but saying that I can't wait for another cruise with NCL
