Thank You to Pacific Eden P&O and all the staff for the great experience we had. I was a bit nervous going because some of the negative reviews. What will the staff be like? Will we get good service considering we be stuck in the ship? Will the negative experience stop us from future cruising since this is our first time? What will the food like? However, I don't know what's the negative reviews talk about. These people must be very hard to please! I find our experience was very positive. From the fist time we step on the boat, we were greeted with a welcome on board smile. The rooms Stewarts Sammy & Sarmijan greeted & welcome us & introduce themselves. We was treated with courteous in the restaurants and the pantry. Infect every staff members on the ship was very courteous & polite. They really make an effort to make sure we feel welcome and enjoy the cruise. The entertainment was great. We love the comedian show. The food was terrific. They always change their menus. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience & we got no hesitation to cruise with P&O again.
