First time cruise for my husband and I . Loved Loved the whole experience . Will do again in the near future . Totally impressed upon arrival in France when we were met by staff and immediately taken to a clean modern shuttle that took us straight to the ship , Same with disembarking , luggage was collected and dispatched to the proper transportation vehicle depending where people were going next , staff stayed with us thru airport until we checked in . The cruise staff was first class , attentive , friendly , courteous . From a personal experience they went above and beyond to get the attention I needed. Our Program Director was exceptional . All onshore excursions were staffed with knowledgeable , friendly guides . Every evening the next day activities were reviewed , questions answered and accommodations made.
