we have been cruising with princess for the last 5 trips , on this one we notice a big change , with extra charges after 11AM for juice , no complementary beach bag like we used to , if the change things the should tell people instead of a surprise, our room did not get as clean as we are used to , the food was ok ,no activity on the ship at all none on the sun deck 45min band plays once a day , people were touching food and putting it back no supervision,watching old movies not a good idea , we will still try to cruise with princess in the future, we still met some great people and some wonderful staff ,i still say the cruise director should be more involved with the passengers and some of her staff to keep people busy with games all day and see what there needs are happy people happy ship
