This is our first Disney cruise and at first I was a little hesitant that it was worth the money. We traveled with a 4-year-old and my wife's mother. We had inside stateroom 7001. The only drawback I can say from the trip was our boarding was delayed due to inclement weather (fog) that had the port channel closed and would not allow vessels to leave or arrive. Disney gave a $25.00 per person credit to allow you to feed your party because of the delayed boarding time (5 hours). Once on board they announced that they would forgo the Key West port stop due to the delay in departing. We were refunded our Port fees and scheduled port activities for Key West. Once we go underway we truly enjoyed ourselves being at sea a total of 4 days. Now I will break down my review into sections:

Cabin: a little cramped for 4 people but was manageable. We opted for the split room bathroom one with a shower and sink, the other with a toilet and sink. We also picked the forward and though you could feel the ship moving during rough sea times, we never felt the engines. If you decide to get your cabin in the aft you'll be vibrated the entire time. I definitely recommend getting a cabin in the mid-ship or forward section.

Food: breakfast was a good choice at Cabanas (buffet style) depending on which time you go seating can be a challenge at times. You can also pick up breakfast on deck 9 where the pools are for something quick. We also did room service a couple of times for breakfast, very convenient and easy. We did this on the days we were to leave port for Castaway Cay and Nassau. You can also get a nice breakfast each day at Triton's sit down full service restaurant. For lunch you have the same options as breakfast. For dinner you are rotated between 3 restaurants. Triton's (nice place, nothing fancy), Tina's place (this has live jazz music where you can dance with the kids, the trumpet playing Luie comes out and takes pictures along with Tina herself), and then Animator's Plate. I would recommend when booking that you ask for Animator's Plate for your dinner for the first night that way you get to eat at this place 3 times that week in the rotation. This was our favorite place.
