We loved our last 2 cruises and wanted to experience this new area. We missed the L'Occitane shower essentials. That was a touch of class. Especially liked the German night. The entertainment was hilarious! All the food, entertainment and ambience was there--you went all out!! Our tour guides were all so well-informed and educational. The tour of Amsterdam was exceptional and unforgettable. The embarkation and disembarkation was smooth, comfortable and we never felt rushed, but always treated with hospitality. Loved the water given out at every port-helped keep us healthy!! All the staff was wonderful, accommodating and so personable!! We would definitely go again and recommend Viking to everyone. We love the layout of the ship, especially the Aquavit Terrace. The food for the lunches was outstanding and eating out in the sunshine while we traveled was the highlight of the trip for us. The pianist was a bit disinterested, but talented for sure. That is a nice background element and dancing at night is so much fun.
