From what we had seen and heard about over the years it seemed an obvious choice for a relaxing vacation where we could explore a part of the world we had never seem. It totally met out expectations.

Everything went smoothly, from the beginning as we were met at the arrival airport through the end where Viking personnel assisted us to the departing airport and were there until we left. All employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to be with, on and off the boat. Entertainment is minimal but that worked well for us. There is an area on top of the boat designed with a walking track but we found the excursions, package and additional, gave us a good exercise program for the week.

On board, the rooms were comfortable and elegant. The food was always excellent and varried as we went from one country/region to the next. We met many wonderful people during the course of the week which enhanced our vacation. Read more
