We chose this cruise as neither one of us had been at the destinations prior. We booked a veranda stateroom. It was everything they advertised and more! The room was well kept up and surprising roomy for the size of the ship. We did not use the TV much, but it appeared to have a large menu to choose from. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the ship. The ship is appropriately and tastefully decorated, intimate, and you do not feel lost in a sea of cruisers. It is also scrupulously clean and well kept. The Ports of Call were interesting and the English speaking, local guides were very good. I liked the "Quiet Voice" technology so that you could hear what the guide was saying, even if you were several feet away. The Food! Freshly prepared with choices for each meal, with beautiful presentation. The wine selection was appropriate to the regions and paired well with the foods. There are no assigned seats, so you could dine with new friends every night if you chose to do so. Last, but certainly not least - The Staff. Everyone genuinely appeared to be happy to be there. You were greeted by name or at least with a smile every time. From the deck hands to the housekeeping staff to the reception staff to the food and beverage staff, it appeared that they were enjoying the cruise as much as we were. Really nice people who made the trip as exceptional as it was. We liked it so much, we have booked another cruise for later in 2017. It really is that good!
