This was my first cruise ever. River cruise on smaller boat just perfect for introduction to life on a boat. 158/198 possible passengers. Relatively small group, made it more intimate. Viking Ingvi is a beautiful newer boat with plenty of glass and open space. Loved being able to walk the upper deck when in port and not touring, or just sit up top and watch the water, town, people and relax.

Our Cabin was so comfy, with a great bed, reading light and warm shower and heated floor. Dining in the formal room was fabulous. Many interesting people to meet and get to know. Entertainment activities planned throughout the day to join or not if you choose, and fun getting to know other people. Service was impeccable. Staff so friendly and guides and tours so interesting. Knowledgeable people all around you, knowing so much about the towns, the history, the politics, the economy, and the people.

When all you have to think about is keeping yourself clean, dressed and fed life is so easy. All of the rest is done for you. Looking forward to larger boat and Mediterranean cruise in Spring 2018!
