Viking lived up to their reputation. This was the most restful cruise I have ever been on and the crew, although most were fairly new to ocean cruises, were very polite and helpful. The ship was beautiful with their spa like bathroom (which included heated floors) and the cabin was very clean and modern. The toiletries were name brand and replenished regularly. Selection of movies great, but other TV shows catered to Europeans and not Americans. The food in the World Café was top notch with the food in the dining room being a little less than what I expected (not always hot). Loved having the shore excursions included. The extra touches they provided, like cold bottle water when leaving the ship and cold towels and some times champagne on the return puts them over the top. Shows were professionally done. Only complaint is if you didn't get tickets the second they were available (no charge) you couldn't get into some of the shows (like the Rat Pack) I will definitely be cruising with Viking again.
