We wanted to see as much as possible in 14 days. Love the river cruise and would do another. The service was outstanding. The food outstanding as well. The shore excursions were very informative with plenty of time to go off on our own. The buses used to transport us to our on shore excursions were very clean . The crew was very knowledgable on where to go at each stop if you chose not to participate in the excursions. The food was very well prepared and the presentation was what you would expect from a five star trip. The shipboard activities were excellent. This was our first cruise and would recommend this to those who are not interested in a ocean cruise. It was a nice comfortable atmosphere with considerably less people. You can be as active or social as you want. Viking definitely provides a five star experience. This was our first trip to Europe as well and the help we received at the airports was wonderful.
