We chose this cruise for the history of WWII and the Normandy Beaches. But it was so much more! The Excursions were the best, being disabled I rarely am able to see places except for in the buses. The tour guides were excellent, easy to understand and using the sound boxes made listening very easy. From Monet's Garden to Rouen's Joan of Arc each step of the way was even more interesting. My wife is retired Army and the ceremony at the American Cemetery was very well done and emotional. the Food was very good and pastries were fresh each morning you couldn't wait to get up! Our room is the same on each boat heated bathroom floors and everything you need provided. The TV had been upgraded since our last cruise and many more selections added. The on board entertainment was really an excellent piano player. Not you ship if you want entertainment. We stayed in Paris 2 nights following the cruise, we were shown how to use the subway ah so easy and clean. The Hotel was next to many great bakeries and restaurants. Great shopping! When it was time to go to the airport they picked us up in a Jaguar! All went very smoothly, looking forward to another adventure!
Bathroon was smaller on the new ship? Could have used a few more feet! But love the heated floor. Night light was a nice touch but a little to bright. All in all comfortable, having a refrigerator was great many great cheeses in France!
