Sights along the river. Places visited. All river vacation. Amsterdam was a terrific city to depart from. Stayed 2 additional days. Would have like earlier hotel check in since our flight arrived at 8:30 AM and we could not check in until 3:00 PM.

Once on board, everything was first rate. The ship was beautiful. The food was great. The service was as good as it could be. The crew and staff were always friendly and helpful. Cabin very well laid out and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Bathroom big enough and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The TV reception was limited and not that good.

The excursions were very well manage and the guides were knowlegable and entertaining. The bus transport was very good. I would have liked them to start a little later. The day of the Castles on the Rhine was spectacular. We will definitely take another Viking Cruise. We are considering a Mediterranean Ocean Cruise for next year.
