This was our first cruise. We were interested in maximizing a brief tour of the Rhine region with a minimum of travel related logistics. The Rhine River Cruise was perfect and exceeded all expectations.

The ship itself is a perfect size. The number of travelers isn't overwhelming like some ocean cruises and you get to know a number of people very well over the time spent eating, engaging in activities and tours. All rooms from standard to Explorer are well designed, efficient and you feel as if you are in the lap of luxury.

There are activities for all levels from educational activities on board to tours. The tour guides are not only very educated but have a great sense of humor. There are choices of tours with minimal exertion to higher levels. There were evening activities that were a lot of fun and encouraged mingling of staff and passengers. The atmosphere is relaxing and stress free.

Our cabin was the perfect size. It felt like it was sparkling each day. Sheets and pillows were crisp and comfortable. Shower was outstanding in design and efficiency. I can't think of a single improvement to our experience.
