We chose Viking because of their adds on PBS Masterpiece Theater. From the moment we landed in Budapest, Viking personnel started to take care of us. The onboard personnel were excellent, the room was very comfortable, the food was excellent, and the tours well organized and very informative. My wife also liked the 24 / 7 complementary coffee bar and cookies. The complementary wine and beer at both lunch and dinner was a major plus, and a decent quality. The daily breakfast buffet was outstanding; a must have experience. The daily room care service was excellent; our room was clean as a wistle every single day. You never had a worry on the cruise, because you just knew that the Viking personnel always had your back. Our overall experience was excellent, and this Viking river cruise was definitely an excellent value for the money. We liked it so much, that we have already booked another Viking European river cruise for May, 2017.
