This would have been a five-star rating had we not had to switch ships. The possibility of such a switch needs to be brought to the forefront of discussions when booking with Viking. It appears to be quite common certain times of year, which should be cleary addressed. My wife has M.S. and this switch was difficult for hew, flying in the face of our choosing this mode of transportation (so we could unpack ONCE and have the conveniences and lack of hassle this offers). Especially for someone who is ill. Transparency is always the best policy.

Too, we booked an offshore musical evening in Vienna for our 25th Anniversary that day. It was not what we expected. We thought we were to see an actual, local concert of some quality. Imagine, you're in Vienna! Instead, we were treated to a few singers on a small stage, more akin to Carnival Cruise Line production of off-season workers from your local theme park. Ouch! Really, otherwise, the trip was exceptional. But these issues really ave us considering whether we will travel on another. Being in communications, I know you want honest feedback to improve services. Sincerely, Keith Hoerner
