When we started the cruise we set our expectation low that way we will not be disappointed. Lol. Embarkation line was not too long. If you are a Crown and Anchor member you get to go to the priority line. It looks disorganized but what you expect it when there are hundreds and hundreds of people trying to get on the ship no matter what time they tell you to check people starts going in early. We are supposed to check in starting at 12:30 but we got there at 12:00 it was busy already.

We are happy with our service everywhere we went. The main dining food was above average. Our waiter remembers our drinks from the first night and have it for us for the following nights. The second night is the formal night which a lot of people dress up nice, some are just out of place or did not care. The 4th night was lobster and prime night, yes you can order both. Windjammer was fair, a lot of selection. Too crowded most of the time but still good place to grab something and take it somewhere else to eat. Plenty of orange juice and all sorts of coffee and teas for breakfast. Lemonade and iced teas for other times. We had a Replenished beverage packaged that we shared (ssssshhh) basically you get everything but alcohol on the drinks and it was worth the price. The shows was great, ice show and grease particularly. Greg London was phenomenal. Wished casino is smoke free. Stateroom attendant was helpful and courteous. We were pleased with all the services we received from all the crew members.

First complaints, they need to have more places where you can get your seapass unzapped or replaced. The costumer service area always have lines and it takes forever just to get a new seapass. Second complaints, disembarkation proceeding have more waiting time because they don't have enough customs in Port Everglades.
