Azura and Britannia in Grenada

The flight was terrible worst seats ever, we were told it would be a Dreamliner and ended up with a 767-300.Arrived shattered same on the way back P&O note change airlines.

Embarkation went better than normal as we were the 1st plane in so the queue was short. The ship was fine as always, Cabin B315 was good we have used this grade before and find it suits us cabin staff were good everything done and very unobtrusive.

Food was good as was service in the Oriental, exceptional from Roby Restaurant Manager to assist my wife with her dietary needs. we also ate in Sindhu, Glasshouse and Epicurean all were excellent. The small plate in Glasshouse is really good value.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin JG

Enough room for 2 with no crush, good beds. Balcony standard size is big enough for 2 you can lay both beds flat with a little rearranging. Bathroom facilities are ok toiletries are very good. Could do with more hangers (wife forgot the extras she normally brings).

Port Reviews

Barbados

Good as always took a private Island tour from the Port Taxis good value

Antigua

Not a lot to see in town but good beaches

St. Maarten

Slob on the beach watch the world go by love this port

Tortola

Again not a lot in the town take a local tour or head for the beach

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

It's ok here but no beach, marvellous swim pool and great views from the Sky Bar, was told that the trips out were a bit of a let down.

Martinique

Nice town but not very Carribean plenty to see but not got the vibe of other Islands. take some Euros dollar rate is rubbish.

St. Lucia

Took a Catamaran last time we were here wish we had again or taken another trip town is a mess to get round and really not very pleasant

Grenada

Working from last time on this as we stayed aboard due to illness. Pretty town good to walk round and smells superb. Great views from the top of the hill but beware of uninvited tour guides.
