Booked a fly/stay/cruise with the port so no hassles making the boarding. Big crowd buying lanyards and they were blocking the rest of us. We had an inside cabin overlooking the Promenade and it got a bit noisy sometimes with rowdy people leaving the pub. Very comfortable bed. The buffet was great everyday, very busy when you go at peak time. The staff at the main dining room were amazing, sorry can't remember their names anymore but we were all very well taken-care of. The food was average but plentiful. There was always a huge line-up for the soft serve ice cream, only one station was open, couldn't figure out why. Tried the Flow rider for the first time and it was a loads of fun, eventually able to stand up after 3 tries. Most staff were very patient in helping everyone Crowded on the pool deck and made worse when groups of people block the path and refused to move. A nasty woman even argued with a family with their kid in a wheelchair. Huge line at the Excursions desk, some families were still considering all options when the rest of us were trying to book. The on-screen booking did not work. Another huge line at Customer Service and they couldn't answer a simple question about some art work. Promenade was always packed and everyone stopped to look at the sales. You have to take the bad with the good. All and all a good time with the family. Just remember not to sweat the small stuff.
