We chose this cruise because we were looking for a cheap getaway. Parked with premier parking in Miami which was a good choice, boarding was easy, rooms ready by 1pm. Our room was on deck 7 interior front and was the smallest I have ever had, the shower is very small, so if you are big it could be an issue. Turned the thermostat all the way down, but was a little on the warm side, but was ok. Seemed to get cold then hot. The toilet didn't work twice, but was fixed quickly. The buffet restaurant is not well layed out, you have to fight for what you want.....Seems like it just gets too much pressure and the layout just makes it worse. Out of things a lot. Just because they really get slammed. They should take the dessert bar and throw it off the ship to make room. Plus the desserts were not anything grand anyway. Same breakfast everyday, same late night snacks every night. Other times food was good and changed each day. Dining room was good, but seemed the menu is not what I am used to. They had lobster and prime rib on the sea day which was nice as carnival stopped it on short cruises. Overall I enjoyed dining.

Entertainment was good for such a small ship. Lots of little game shows, trivia, shows everynight and comedy. Had plenty to do. Casino pretty small but functional, hard to get a craps table going, half the time it was empty. Just not enough people on ship. Drinks were good, You can buy a package in advance for $59 a day, or you can buy it second or third day I think. They also offer a 10 drink card on second or third day for $59 which is a great deal and also we each got a buy one get one drink. It was easy to get on and off of ship. We walked to atlantis, 3 miles or so, don't waste your time unless you are going to gamble. They don't let you see much anymore unless you have a room key or pay. I would suggest a tour and go to senor frogs if you like to drink. There is a good liquor store about halfway down to the right on left. You can drink beer on the street and walk around. All the cubans I saw were fakes, don't waste your money. If they are under $10 each for big cohibas, they are fake.

Loved coco cay (coco loco!!!!) and key west is always the same. I would rent a bike next time from a guy off the ship. Of course ignorant people reserve all the chairs and lounges and hammocks so get there early, same with the show, which is the same with any ship of you ask me. The entire crew was great. Disembarking was painless. All in all we got a great value for our money and this is why you choose this cruise.
