We are RCCL Diamond members and normally love their ships. We have been on Oasis and Allure several times each so had much anticipation for the new ship, Harmony. Basically the ships look alike with some improvements, additions and some disappointments. We missed the pool in the Solarium for one thing. The nighttime entertainment was very good and were well rehearsed. Especially liked the Ice Show and Grease. Disappointed that the Diamond Club was down in the basement with no view or windows, not to mention overcrowded with the overflow being sent to the Jazz club next door. The first few nights they did not have enough staff to handle the crowds. It did get better. We were disappointed with the TV channels and programming in the room as we normally retired after the evening shows but found kid and children programs in abundance but very little in normal adult movies or shows. Very disappointed in the selection of CNN and HLN as the channels for the coverage of the Inauguration of the President. Found it very anti-Trump and it was not an enjoyable experience. Found very few activities for adults during the day unless you were into gambling or sitting by the pools. Perhaps lecturers on different interesting subjects or adult or family movies in the theatre would fill some of the idle afternoon hours. Our dining room experience was very good. Our wait staff was excellent and strived to provide wonderful service. The food was very good. We had dinner at Chops one night and were underwhelmed. The normally wonderful steaks were barely warm at best. The Windjammer offered good food and service but it was difficult to find seating at times. We were pleased with the new and improved Internet Service and liked that it was by the day not hour. Embarkation and Debarkation went smoothly. We were off the ship and at our car within 1 hour of our departure time. Wish that RCCL would give more thought to adult programming on TV at night after shows. Ports are the same if you have traveled to caribbean before so we were aware of the options available and don't necessarily cruise for the ports. Probably will not cruise on Harmony again.

Did Not Meet Expectations
