Booked this cruise as a celebration of my daughters graduation from college.  My entire immediate family travelled down to Miami and stayed at the Intercontinental the night before boarding the Liberty on July 4th.  Embarkation was a breeze. The Liberty truly is a Fun Ship; always something to do on board.  We enjoyed our balcony time on my oldest daughter's aft wrap balcony.  The views were incredible from back there. The entire staff on this ship were always smiling and very friendly.  They keep the ship very clean and all work extremely hard.   We spent a lot of time in the Stage Bar listening to the Music Society band.  They are very talented and play great songs. The big production shows were pretty good, if maybe a bit cheesy sometimes. We spent lots of money on Bingo (my son in law won a jackpot too). The food in the dining room/buffet area was pretty good.  You could always find something tasty to eat. Ports: We all loved the cabana we rented on Half Moon Cay (well worth the money).  Beautiful beach, spent lots of time in the water here.  San Juan was nice, but very hot.  Took a tour (not worth the $20) Spent some time and money at Senor Frogs, which was fun if you like loud, crazy bars!  St. Thomas was beautiful.  We did the catamaran/snorkeling trip here.  Enjoyed the catamaran and plenty of free rum punch on the ride back. Grand Turk had Margaritaville right at the end of the dock, but I was not impressed with the place.  Lousy service, overpriced,  and it is open air (no a/c, so it is hot).  The beach is nice, but very rocky bottom.  I think if I ever get there again, I would definitely take a cab to another beach area with less crowding.  We were the only ship in port that day, I can imagine that two ships on the same day would be total chaos.Sea days were spent relaxing on the balcony.  We had perfect, warm weather the entire trip.  All in all, this was a great vacation and I would definitely sail on the Liberty again.

Cabin Review

Cabin 8448 - Great views on the aft wrap balconyCabin 8430 - Nice port side balcony cabin, great steward, occassionaly loud noise/scrapping sounds from Lido Deck early in the morning, but nothing all that bothersome and only lasting a minute or two.Cabin 8444 - Inside, nice cabin, very dark at night, will probably not book an Inside again unless price was a big issue.
