We expected DIAMOND PLUS experience. Did NOT receive. The Diamond Lounge, to which we were appointed, had the feeling of a closet. We tried 3 evenings to make it work for us, but gave up and never went back for anything. The seating, even the overflow was crowded. The happy hour food did not equal the fine experience of the QUANTUM CLASS Concierge Lounges. Not even any crackers. The morning continental breakfast lacked cereals. One disappointing morning was all it took - never returned. It is out of the way so we never enjoyed any cappuccino break.

CABIN: Had to request a robe, also toiletries for the room - was told "you have to request them now". (asked around and other D+ did not have this same experience).

ELEVATORS: noticeable lack of signage inside the elevators. The light strip for the floors mostly had nothing noted for what you might find on that floor. Read more
