We chose this cruise to have a basis for comparison to NCL, the only line we've sailed. As it worked out, we were in port on the Anthem at the same time as the Breakaway. I apologized to their crew for our disloyalty.

The Anthem is beautiful. The artwork, the design, the layout are undeniably lovely. I covet the art buyer's job. Our balcony cabin was well organized, with plenty of storage space. 270, a bar and entertainment space, is a technical marvel. There are multiple pools and hot tubs, though we lost the use of the main pool when someone left a personal momento in the pool. It had to be closed for cleaning after that.

Loved the itinerary. Really enjoyed St. Kitts and Barbados. And found the most fabulous bar in San Juan, Mojitos. We could have done without Martinique, which is neither friendly nor fun. The noncooperative attitude of the tour vendors was off putting.
