We chose this cruise because we'd cruised with Princess before and really enjoyed the relaxation and amazing food. This cruise was one for the books. The Embarkation process was absolutely hands-down the best of all cruises we've experienced. The first 4 days of the 15-day cruise was relaxing, then it slowly grew worse.

When we arrived to our room, the first thing we saw was the trash on the floor. The bed was made, but the blanket and sheets were obviously used and soiled. There was even personal information regarding the last couple who must have been in there, so I made sure not to leave any personal invitations, gift receipts, etc.

The Maintenance crew, who are always working on the ships while traveling with passengers, were very conspicuous. We couldn't eat outside many times, due to the loud banging on pipes and other constructional fixes. It would be so loud that we couldn't have a conversation across the table with one another. Most of the time we would take our food back to our room to eat.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Bedding was used and soiled when we arrived. Our room steward changed the bedding upon request. Trash on the floor, hair, old food, baby crackers and previous passenger's personal information left in the room. Air Conditioning was turned off for a couple of days, so very hot. Lacquer Finish was pumping into the room through the Air Conditioning system for a couple of days, so nausea and headaches. Room steward was very nice though.
