We chose this sailing because we wanted to see Half Moon Cay, and it was near enough to drive to the port. The people that work on the Elation were wonderful, always smiling and saying hello. They worked very hard so that we had a wonderful vacation. It was a little rough doing 3 ports in 5 days, I personally will extend that out to 7 days from now on. We arrived at the port and was on board quickly after the diamond, platinum, and faster to the fun. We were able to access our room by 12:30 pm. The cruise director Melody was a lot of fun. At Half Moon Cay we rented a cabana, so we were one of the first off the tender, and we had everything we needed. They provided the snacks and drinks, we had our snorkel gear and water mats all ready and waiting for us.

Room was always clean, never smelled bad, and our room steward was awesome. If we needed something he was able to take care of it.

Port Reviews

Jacksonville

Be careful of following your GPS while in town ours kept rerouting us so we ended up in some not so great areas, trying to get to our hotel.

Nassau

We chose to take our own tour of Fort Fin castle and some of the other historic sites, and then we shopped, and went to Junkanoo Beach and had a fabulous time.

Freeport

They were hit very hard by Hurricane Mathew and were still not completely up and running.
